Local seafood, finished in your room
The menu is hearty and satisfying: abalone grilled live (odori-yaki) made with locally caught seafood, a whole chicken grill-steamed in an iron pot (seasonal), seasonal starters that go well with wine, and barbecue ingredients.
At the time you choose, our staff visit your room and finish the dishes in front of you. Once they leave, enjoy a completely private dinner without watching the clock.
Food left in the pot can be reheated in your kitchen for a late-night snack or as a dish at breakfast.
