• QCan dogs of any size stay?
  ASmall dogs only, up to two per room (Maisonette Rooms only; ¥3,000 per dog).
• QHow much of the dinner do we cook ourselves?
  AOnly simple steps, such as warming the dishes or grilling the meat on the IH hob.
• QIs there a charge for bringing our own food and drinks?
  ANo. You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks and snacks free of charge.
• QWhat are the check-in and check-out times?
  ACheck-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. If you would like a late check-out, please ask our staff.
• QCan we pay in cash?
  AWe do not accept cash. Major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, ALIPAY, WeChat Pay, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, DISCOVER, UnionPay).
• QWhat time is dinner delivered?
  ADinner is delivered to your room at around 17:30. Enjoy it whenever you like. If you wish, our staff can help you through to the final step.
• QIs there a shuttle from the station?
  AWe offer a shuttle to and from JR Hota Station, Highway Oasis Furari and Kanaya Port (after 14:30, reservation required). Please book with the front desk by the day before. Return shuttles run until check-out time.
• QIs there a large onsen bath?
  Aamane does not have a large onsen bath, and the baths in the rooms use heated water. For a natural hot spring, guests may use the top-floor private open-air bath "Umi" (natural hot spring) at our sister property Yuumi, about 8 minutes' walk along the coast from amane. Rental bicycles and a shuttle are also available.
• QCan we borrow cooking utensils and seasonings?
  AYes. Cooking utensils (frying pans, pots, knives, etc.), dish soap and sponges, seasonings and more are available to borrow. Please ask at the front desk.
